PLACING YOUR ORDER

ORDER ONLINE — After you have located your desired purchase, simply click on “Add to Cart”. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click “Go to Checkout”. This will take you to Checkout where you can revise, cancel or modify your order. When you have finished your final selection, enter your Billing and Shipping information, and click on “Make Purchase”.  After your payment method is authorized your order will be assigned a number and you will be notified by email that your order is confirmed.

SALES TAX—We are required to charge tax, based on California state and local sales tax rates of 9.5%.

PAYMENT OPTIONS—MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Carmella D’Oro E-Gift Certificates.

No checks or money orders.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS—We ship on the first business day we receive your order. Therefore, changes need to communicate to us quickly.

If changes need to be made we will make every effort to do so.

OUT OF STOCK — We will notify you immediately if we are out of stock and you will be credited on your order.  We may not back-order out of stock items.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER- After your package is mailed we will forward a tracking # to you by email so you can easily track your purchase as it navigates the postal system.
